Ballyportry Castle, Co. Clare.
Found close to the 500 year old Castle and now the figure is in Clare County Museum, in Ennis. Check opening times.
Wall paintings of a religious nature were uncovered in 2002 inside the Castle and are being conserved by it’s owner, Pat Wallace of the National Museum fame.
